An hour with us
is worth a thousand
renderings.

Two working homes in miniature. Lighting scenes you can dim. Audio you can switch from room to room. Shading and drapery on live tracks. Every interface running on the same hardware we put into the full range of homes we work on — $2M custom builds through $20M+ estates.

Bring your client, your designer, your contractor — or come on your own. We set aside an hour. There's no obligation to do anything next.

Wenner Experience Centre
What we walk through

Eight rooms.
Every system.
Live.

We designed both centres the way we'd design any considered home — so when you walk through, you're not seeing a showroom of products. You're seeing a kitchen that works, a media room that works, a bedroom suite that works. Then we open up the closet and show you the rack behind it.

01

Layered architectural lighting

Walk in, dim the room. Then run a scene. Watch the lighting layer come up the way the architect would draw it — accent, ambient, task — and how a Lutron scene transitions across all of it in fourteen seconds.

02

Distributed audio & lifestyle theatre

Switch a track from the kitchen to the patio without a phone. Step into the lifestyle theatre — a real-room demonstration of how integrated AV feels in a home, not a sterile cinema mock-up.

03

Motorised shading & drapery

Live drapery tracks, hard shades, side channels, headers. We open the headers so you can see exactly how it all disappears into the millwork.

04

Crestron and Lutron — side by side

The same scene running on different platforms. You'll feel the difference in your hands. We help you choose the one that fits the house, not the one that fits us.

05

Networking & equipment closet

The cleanest rack you'll ever see — and the philosophy that put it there. Ubiquiti and Araknis where they fit best. Where the heat goes, where the power comes from, what fails first.

06

Security & perimeter

Live monitored alarm. Camera review on demand. Access control demonstrated end to end — what the homeowner sees, what the team sees, what we see. Monitoring is dispatched by a local Canadian ULC-listed station we work with.

07

Power, generators & energy

Standby power, battery, solar — and how an automation system orchestrates them so the house never blinks.

Before your visit

A 20-minute video meet first.

A short video call to introduce ourselves and understand the project before you make the trip in. Useful when the architect's in Toronto, the contractor's on a job site, and the client wants a sense of fit before driving an hour to the Centre.

From a builder, after a visit

"I've been bringing clients to integrator showrooms for fifteen years. This was the first time my client asked when we could break ground."

Frequently asked

A few common questions.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes — both Centres operate by appointment so we can dedicate the team's time to your project. Book online or call directly.

Can I bring my architect or builder?

Absolutely. Most of our best tours include the architect, designer, builder, and client all in the room together.

How long does a tour take?

Solo client tours run 60–90 minutes. Trade-led tours with a client typically run 45 minutes.

What if I am not on Vancouver Island?

We offer a 30-minute live video walkthrough from the Centre. Useful when the architect is in Toronto and the contractor is on a job site.

Do you charge for the tour?

No. Initial site visits, video calls, and Experience Centre tours are always free.

Can we discuss budget on the tour?

Yes — directly. The tour is structured around the systems you are specifying and the budget you are working to.

What should I bring?

Whatever helps us understand the project — site plans, an architect's set, a list of the rooms you are designing. Or nothing at all.
