Our Experience Centres in Nanaimo and Victoria are working homes in miniature: lighting scenes you can dim, audio you can switch from room to room, shading and drapery on live tracks, and our automation interfaces running on the same hardware you'd put in a house.

We're not a stack of resellers. We're a single design and coordination team that holds every technical and electrical scope under one roof — which is why the trades on site only have one set of drawings to follow.
Electrical Design & Coordination
Electrical drawings, panel schedules, load calculations, code review. BC-licensed electrical contractor on staff. Our electrical practice is the foundation everything else attaches to.
Architectural Lighting
Layered lighting design, fixture specification, scene programming. We work with your designer's selections and fill in the rest.
Audio & Video
Whole-home distributed audio, dedicated theatres, listening rooms, family rooms that work for the kids. Reference-grade, but not precious about it.
Home Automation & Control
Crestron and Lutron — chosen to fit the house, not the other way around. Programmed by people who live with these systems daily.
Shading & Drapery
Motorised shades and drapery with full design coordination — fabrics, hardware, side channels, headers — selected to disappear into the architecture.
Security & Surveillance
Two tiers. Wenner for luxury custom homes — security integrated into the Crestron platform alongside lighting, AV, and climate. SmartSecure for more approachable installs — packaged alarm, cameras, and access for custom homes through entry-level. Monitoring is dispatched by a local Canadian ULC-listed station regardless of tier.
Networking
The substrate every other system depends on. Ubiquiti and Araknis where they fit best. Wired, wireless, redundant where it matters, and quiet about it.
Climate Control & Integration
We coordinate the integration plan for your climate system — controls, zoning, thermostats, scenes — and bring it into the wider home automation. The hardware is supplied by your mechanical trade; the integration is ours.
Generators & Energy
Standby power, solar and battery — coordinated so the house stays running, quietly, when conditions change.
Golf Simulators
Dedicated simulator rooms with launch-monitor systems, projector and screen, audio and lighting integration — designed in at the architectural stage.

A modern luxury home has eight or nine sub-trades pulling cable through the same walls. We hold them all to a single set of standards — drawings, change orders, schedule, RFIs, commissioning — so the general contractor gets one accountable party for everything that ends in a wire.
