- Qualia — Vancouver Island oceanfront residence, designed by Peter Rose, built by TS Williams Construction, interiors by HB Design, landscape by Paul Sangha. The CEDIA 2023 Best Ultra-Luxury Home, Americas winner. The integration scope involved a custom Crestron user interface designed by Intuitiv to match HB Design’s material palette and hardware schedule.
Why we work well together
The technology decisions on a Wenner project — keypad finishes, speaker grille colours, fabric specifications for motorised drapery, the exact orientation of a control surface in a millwork panel — sit inside the interior designer’s universe. HB Design’s specification depth means the integration coordination happens at the right level of detail. We get the keypad engravings, the metal finishes, the cabinetry penetrations right because they’re worked out on paper before fabrication.
