Peter Rose’s architectural design for the Qualia residence in Nanoose Bay produced one of the most significant ultra-luxury homes ever built on Vancouver Island. The project went on to win the CEDIA 2023 Best Ultra-Luxury Home, Americas award.
Projects we’ve worked on together
- Qualia — Vancouver Island oceanfront residence. Built by TS Williams Construction with interiors by HB Design and landscape by Paul Sangha. The integration scope encompassed full Crestron home automation across lighting, audio-video, climate, security, shading and access, with a custom Intuitiv user interface tailored to the home’s hardware schedule.
