TS Williams Construction is one of the small group of Vancouver Island builders whose custom-home work consistently sits at the top end of the market. The Wenner team has collaborated with TS Williams across multiple projects over the past several years, with the integration scope coordinated from schematic design through commissioning on each one.
Projects we’ve worked on together
- Qualia — the CEDIA 2023 Best Ultra-Luxury Home, Americas winner. A custom oceanfront residence in Nanoose Bay designed by Peter Rose with interiors by HB Design and landscape by Paul Sangha. Full Crestron home automation, architectural lighting, AV, shading, and security under one platform.
- Sandstone — a west coast contemporary on Stephenson Point in Nanaimo, designed by Keith Baker with interiors by Sandy Nygaard. Complete home integration including panelised lighting, multi-zone audio, video distribution, security, and Kohler backup power.
- Ciel — A Coastal Masterpiece — a sprawling oceanfront estate at Dorcas Point in the Parksville catchment, interiors by Sandy Nygaard. Bespoke Crestron interface by Intuitiv, integrated boathouse, exterior automation across the property.
Why we work well together
TS Williams brings the architectural sophistication and trade discipline that complex integration scopes demand. The technology coordination meetings during framing and rough-in are where these projects either work or don’t — and TS Williams’ site supervisors run a clean process. The Wenner team produces the technology drawings on the same scale and convention as the architectural set; TS Williams holds the trades to it.
Recent collaboration
The Qualia project specifically required an unusually deep integration brief — full Crestron platform across lighting, audio-video, climate, security, shading, and access, with a custom user interface designed by Intuitiv to match the home’s hardware schedule. The collaboration on that project produced reference work that’s defined our approach to ultra-luxury integration on Vancouver Island.
